Coffee cultivation and trade began on the Arabian Peninsula. Coffee in the 15th century Coffee was popular in Yemen, Saudi Arabia, and in the 16th century in Iran, Egypt, Syria, and Turkey. In different countries, depending on the climate, soil, temperature, its taste and also the appearance of caffeine and its acidity are different. Arabica coffee is softer and has a more flavor aroma and a lighter green color. Robesta coffee is firm and has more caffeine and a dark green color (olive cheese).
